Early Halloween......sneak peak of Owen

Well- we picked out Owen's Halloween costume today and he just loves it! He is putting his daddy in jail and is really taking his job very serious as a SWAT member! Too cute!

Almost 30!!

So.... every year we have a tradition for my birthday with Kris' family. We head to Dundee for the day and the girls enjoy a trip to Swan Creek Candle Company and the boys head to Cabela's for some manly fun.

Then we head to a restaurant located next to Swan Creek and either enjoy yummy pizza or sandwiches.

This year we met at Erin's before and had appetizers and had a lovely visit in her new apartment.

For the past few years I have been getting Swan Creek cash so that I can enjoy our shopping trip further.....in this picture I bought the lamp and the little chest.......I love my birthday tradition!

Wyatt 4 months.......

enjoying oatmeal and carrots for dinner. He wasn't too pleased at first with his new menu items, however ended up eating EVERYTHING!!!

Weight: 15 lbs 10 ounces
Height: 26.5 inches

Owen at 4 months was 14.5 lbs and 25.25 inches and Kris was 16.14 lbs and 26"

Camp Barakel 2010

Well we had another wonderful long weekend to Camp Barakel...................it was the coldest weekend so far out of many years and it did rain quite a bit, however we still had an awesome time.
Here is a picture of Kris taking Wyatt down "Thunder Express." I was shocked when I saw them come out of the bottom of the tunnel. Wyatt wasn't really phased by the long ride down the slide- I suppose our 3 month old little boy has just experienced his first adventure of life besides his own birth. Grampy and Owen went down the slide too....

Owen had the cutest little girlfriend at camp and this year he took her around camp on his F-150. He would drive over to her campsite and pick her up in his truck and they would just drive around and around. He was such a gentleman!

Tawas and Oscoda camping trip

This is the funniest picture I took all week long.......as we were explaining to Owen what these fine men were holding, we got to the guy in the middle and Owen said
I know what he is holding" we said "what?" Owen responded "a cell phone!!" Too cute! Owen and Kris fishing off of the pier in downtown Tawas.

We had such a nice trip! It was nice to go camping as a family......the first trip this year that we took alone so far! It was wonderful! I love my family!
