Wyatt graduated from kindergarten!

Wyatt had an outstanding year! He excelled in so many areas and we are super proud of him.

The tiny salad story

Wyatt hates salad, vegetables and is a very picky eater. Last night when he told me he was done eating, he was assuming he was going to get away with having dessert. But we told him that if he wanted dessert then he had to eat a salad, so he made himself the tiniest salad he could. He did end up having dessert but next time we will know we need to set ground rules from the get go. He did get a A for effort though!

Owen the goof

We were in the middle of a storm today and Owen said that he wished he could run outside in the rain. I told him he could and he couldn't believe it. I told him that's what kids should be doing. He was so thrilled! He ran around for about 10 minutes, dancing, singing and being silly. Thanks rain for making this boy smile so much today!

Happy 12th anniversary

I celebrate year 12 with this guy! He's pretty awesome and a keeper for sure.


Owen was so cute, he surprised each of us with a gift. $1.50 each! We did give it back to him but thanked him for being so thoughtful with his money.

Grandma Jane

Sweet grandma Jane passed away on May 26. It was a sad day but also very special knowing she passed so peaceful and in no pain. She even made it for everyone to get here from out of state.

We sure will miss her. She never said a bad word about anyone and always put others before herself. Her smile and laugh were contagious!!
