I have made this salad the last two nights for me for dinner. It is
sooo yummy or so I think! Both nights Owen has literally climbed up in my lap and has had every other bite of my salad. If a two year old thinks it's good- it must be good! And my mom and mother in law would be happy since it is a pretty decent combination of fruits and vegetables. I think I may know what I am making Owen for his birthday dinner! He won't eat anything else I make for him!
Owen had dinner tonight with his cousins. Owen is very fortunate to have cousins close by to play with on a regular basis.
