Happy Fourth of July

Last night we went t our annual DSO and fireworks performance at Greenfield Village. We got in line super early (like an hour and a half) before the gates even opened. Thankfully Grammy brought some magazines for the boys to pass the time.


After we had our picnic dinner the boys wanted to go check out the canons.


The place was packed. Here is Owen looking out into the crowd.

We've being going for three years now, with our good friends and their parents. Georgia's pop-pop bought the boys these laser fingers.

Wy was spooked when the fireworks first started so naturally jumped in kris' lap and covered his ears.


It was quite a spectacular. Owen was enthralled!

It was a fun night.


We got caught in some rain during the walk to the field, but that was it. So it was basically another perfect year weather wise. We continue to be so blessed!! Hope you had a happy fourth!
