Imagination station

Late in the summer, Kris' parents took us to the imagination station in Toledo. I don't know how I forgot to post these pictures..... We had a great day filled with fun!

Yes it was a little nerve wracking riding the bike, but I was promised it was safe!

We loved how much cool stuff there was for the adults to do as well! This was really fun too!

The boys about to make a rocket.

Here they are getting ready to test them. They worked great!

Building dominos never gets old.

One of the main reasons we went to the museum was because of their titanic exhibit, Owen's a little obsessed.

An awesome Lego model of the titanic......talk about cool!

And another pretty cool titanic piece of art.

We packed a picnic lunch and ate by the river. It was a beautiful day.

Grammy and her boys.

Owen looking at the river.

The pigeons were so goofy. This one took one of our cheesy poofs and ate it in one bite.

Me and my boys.

Owen doing some experiment

And Wyatt trying it out

Owen liked playing the guitar.....just like his papa.

My sweet boy!

This was my favorite, the little house.....it was SO hard to walk straight. Such illusions!

Cute big boy!

O on the hamster wheel

Building bridges. Both boys liked this

Hurricane winds.....really cool!

Here I believe they were looking out over the river at boat, how neat!

Grampy gave it a go too!

Owen lost another tooth!

Owen lost his fourth tooth today. And another one at school. So far he's lost two at school, one on a camping trip and one at home that he accidentally washed down the sink drain (daddy got it back for him though). He gets so excited when he loses a tooth. I love moments like these!!

Wy started school

My baby started preschool today. It hasn't hit me quite yet but I'm sure it will. He was so brave and walked right in and said he didn't like it at all but he's been singing some songs and saying some other stuff so I know he had fun!

Here my boys are. Owen's second day and Wyatt's first day.

My big boy!

The sun was in his eyes in this picture.

And lastly at his locker! Adorable!

Back to school 2014

Owen started school yesterday!

I can't believe he is a second grader already! Time flies for sure!

He was less than thrilled about all of the pictures but he did smile for me a little.

I'll miss our lazy summer days but I'm so looking forward to him learning a bunch this year!

Camp Barakel 2014

We had a great time over Labor Day weekend at family camp.

Owen was so excited to ride on thunder express....over and over and over.....

You get some speed going down that thing!

Wyatt didn't want to go on it so we forced him too...naturally he wanted to go on it again and again.

And Grammy and gaga Marcia planned some cool crafts for the boys. Here is Owen with his silly eyes.

And Wyatt!

Cute boy working on his craft.

They made lightening bugs. So fun!!

Here is the sample bug. Isn't it cute?!

Here I am about to drop wy off at his class.

Another one of Owen at the bottom of thunder express.

We had lots of rain and storms during our stay so I had to get on top of the camper and sweep it off.

Handsome boy!

Owen was old enough to ride the bus this year and he LOVED every second of it, especially the night time rides!

Here are me and the hubs walking to chapel. We love being right in the middle of nature. So pretty!

Sunday afternoon we took Owen and Wyatt to the craft store on the property and Owen made this very beautiful pillow.

Here Owen is working on his bug craft.

And finally our weekend wouldn't be complete without pictures in front of the wood pile.

The boys are already talking about how they can't wait to go back next year. Good times!
