First bike ride 2014

So far so good at our new house. We are really enjoying our new subdivision and finding different common areas to check out each day. Today was actually our second bike ride/walk of the season. It was so pretty outside today and we found two ponds to check out.

And Owen was finding tadpole after tadpole in this pond, that is so close to our new house.


Here was another pond we found when we went off of the main path just a hair. It was so pretty and peaceful out here.

There is actually a third pond/swampy area behind our house through the woods. We've only been back there once but it will be fun for the boys to play back there when we get more comfortable here.

We continue to feel a little bit more at home each and every day. I think the hardest part is not being able to find certain things that we know have made the move but I just can't find (even with all of the boxes being unpacked).

We are hosting Easter dinner over here so I hope to have the inside of the house put together by then (and the outside cleaned up) if time and weather permits.
